Mais quelles sont leurs diff\u00e9rences ? En quoi sont-ils utiles ? Comment se compl\u00e8tent-ils ? Je vous explique.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le marketing ?<\/h2>\n<div class=\"vmod\">\n<div class=\"vmod\" data-topic=\"\">\n<div class=\"vmod\">\n<div class=\"thODed\">\n<div class=\"LTKOO sY7ric\" data-topic=\"\">\n<div class=\"LTKOO sY7ric\">\n<div data-dobid=\"dfn\">Le marketing peut \u00eatre d\u00e9fini comme une analyse pr\u00e9cise des besoins de vos clients et l&rsquo;ensemble des moyens d&rsquo;action utilis\u00e9s par votre entreprise pour influencer leur comportement. Le marketing permet de cr\u00e9er de la valeur per\u00e7ue par les clients et adapte l&rsquo;offre commerciale de l&rsquo;entreprise aux d\u00e9sirs des consommateurs.<br \/>\nLe marketing affecte toute l&rsquo;organisation de l&rsquo;entreprise, laquelle est toute enti\u00e8re tourn\u00e9e vers la satisfaction du client et non plus vers le produit.C&rsquo;est une science inexacte qui consiste \u00e0 <strong>concevoir une offre de produit ou de service en fonction de l&rsquo;analyse des attentes des consommateurs<\/strong> (consumer marketing), et en tenant compte des capacit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;entreprise ainsi que de toutes les contraintes de l&rsquo;environnement (sociologique, concurrentiel, l\u00e9gal, politique, environnemental&#8230;) dans lequel elle \u00e9volue.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Le marketing strat\u00e9gique<\/h2>\n<p>Le marketing strat\u00e9gique est la phase la plus importante du marketing.<br \/>\nEn effet, c&rsquo;est avec le marketing strat\u00e9gique que l&rsquo;on va pouvoir d\u00e9finir des <strong>objectifs, <\/strong>et les\u00a0<strong>moyens<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre pour les atteindre. Le but du marketing strat\u00e9gique reste d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les performances de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour atteindre ce but, des \u00e9tudes et des analyses pertinentes seront lanc\u00e9es. Ces derni\u00e8res visent dans un premier temps \u00e0 avoir des informations capitales sur l\u2019environnement externe puis interne de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit de l\u2019\u00e9volution des march\u00e9s, de l\u2019\u00e9tat de la concurrence, des canaux de distribution, de l&rsquo;analyse du comportement des consommateur, de celui des fournisseurs etc.<br \/>\nCette \u00e9tude prend aussi en compte la structure interne de l\u2019entreprise. Ici, il est question des forces et des faiblesses de l\u2019entreprise (notori\u00e9t\u00e9, employ\u00e9, brevet, co\u00fbt de fonctionnement et autres).<\/p>\n<h3>3 grandes \u00e9tapes du marketing strat\u00e9gique :<\/h3>\n<p>La d\u00e9finition d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie marketing se d\u00e9coupe la plupart du temps en trois \u00e9tapes :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/sophierohart.com\/portfolio\/les-5-forces-de-porter-decryptes\/\">analyser <strong>l\u2019environnement<\/strong> externe<\/a> et interne de l\u2019entreprise.<br \/>\n&#8211; Une fois l&rsquo;analyse r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, nous allons pouvoir d\u00e9duire des possibilit\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9volution et d\u00e9terminer une vision et un objectif \u00e0 long terme.<br \/>\nPour atteindre l&rsquo;objectif \u00e0 long terme que l&rsquo;on s&rsquo;est fix\u00e9, nous allons ensuite d\u00e9terminer d&rsquo;autres objectifs \u00e0 moyen et court termes. En effet, lors de la mise en place du marketing strat\u00e9gique, chaque \u00e9tape est divis\u00e9e en sous-\u00e9tape. Cela permet d\u2019avoir une strat\u00e9gie plus claire et approfondie.<br \/>\n&#8211; Enfin, on d\u00e9termine les <strong>moyens op\u00e9rationnels<\/strong>\u00a0qui serviront \u00e0 l\u2019atteinte de ces objectifs. Cette phase doit se d\u00e9finir de la mani\u00e8re la plus claire possible.<\/p>\n<h3>Quelle est l&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 du marketing strat\u00e9gique ?<\/h3>\n<p>Le marketing strat\u00e9gique permet d\u2019avoir u<strong>ne id\u00e9e claire de la d\u00e9marche \u00e0 suivre pour obtenir les r\u00e9sultats que l&rsquo;on souhaite atteindre.\u00a0 C&rsquo;est une vision.<\/strong><br \/>\nPour d\u00e9finir cette vision, le marketing strat\u00e9gique cherche d\u2019abord \u00e0 conna\u00eetre le march\u00e9 dans lequel \u00e9volue la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Puis, on r\u00e9alise une bonne <strong>segmentation<\/strong>\u00a0du march\u00e9. Ceci permet d\u2019avoir une \u00e9valuation r\u00e9elle et compl\u00e8te de chaque segment. Ici, l\u2019attention se portera sur la croissance, la taille et la demande de chacun des segments.<\/p>\n<p>Une autre fonction du marketing strat\u00e9gique est d\u2019\u00e9tudier la <strong>concurrence<\/strong>. Une analyse pertinente sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9e pour savoir la position des concurrents et leurs positions futures en \u00e9tudiant les pr\u00e9visions et les tendances du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le marketing strat\u00e9gique se focalise \u00e9galement sur la\u00a0<strong>structure interne<\/strong>\u00a0de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. L\u2019analyse r\u00e9alis\u00e9e servira \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les ressources mat\u00e9rielles et les facteurs structurels de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les ressources humaines, les m\u00e9thodes d\u2019organisations, les capacit\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise sont \u00e9galement \u00e9tudi\u00e9es pour conna\u00eetre ses <strong>atouts et ses<\/strong> <strong>faiblesses<\/strong> afin d&rsquo;avoir une id\u00e9e de leur impact sur le futur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La d\u00e9finition d\u2019objectifs doit se faire en tenant compte de l&rsquo;ensemble de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Le marketing op\u00e9rationnel<\/h2>\n<p>Avant tout, il faut noter que <strong>les deux types de marketing demeurent compl\u00e9mentaires et visent \u00e0 atteindre un but commun.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le marketing op\u00e9rationnel est qualifi\u00e9 par l\u2019action<\/strong>, ici on met en place la d\u00e9marche pour atteindre les r\u00e9sultats fix\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Sa fonction principale est de cr\u00e9er de la valeur assez rapidement.
